TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING AT A Best Singles Event

By booking a Best Singles Event from PLP Business Consulting Ltd you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

 

You must be at least 25 years old to register for Best Singles Events and use this web site. 

 

2. TERM

These Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect while you participate in any PLP Business Consulting Ltd Events. You may terminate your participation at any time, for any reason by sending a written notice of termination to PLP Business Consulting Ltd by email or phone. PLP Business Consulting Ltd may terminate your participation in any Best Singles Events if you have breached these Terms and Conditions, by notifying you, in writing, by email or phone. If your rights are so terminated you will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid to PLP Business Consulting Ltd.

 

PLP Business Consulting Ltd is not a dating agency and, as such, does not verify the personal information of those attending. It is up to the individual to verify any personal information and we recommend you do so. You agree to release PLP Business Consulting Ltd from any liability and assume the full responsibility and risk with respect to any person you meet at a PLP Business Consulting Ltd event.

PLP Business Consulting Ltd and its affiliates, or agents are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from participating or communicating with others at the event. Such damages include without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury, emotional distress and discomfort to the extent permissible by the law.

You also understand and acknowledge that PLP Business Consulting Ltd’s events are held at venues of which neither PLP Business Consulting Ltd or, its affiliates or area agents have any control. Therefore, to the extent permissible by the law in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at a PLP Business Consulting Ltd event, you agree to release PLP Business Consulting Ltd, its affiliates or area agents from any liability with respect thereto, unless such damages result directly from the actions of any employee or agent of PLP Business Consulting Ltd.

PLP Business Consulting Ltd does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with any other participant. Additionally, PLP Business Consulting Ltd does not guarantee that any match between participants will be successful.

 

4.1 Cancellation by customer

Any participant who registers for a PLP Business Consulting Ltd dating event has the right to cancel by telephoning or by contacting PLP Business Consulting Ltd via our contact form or email.

If participants choose not to turn up on the evening and give no prior notice then the number of dates may be less than the number expected. No refund will be made to those cancelling.

4.2 Cancellation by PLP Business Consulting Ltd

PLP Business Consulting Ltd will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on our web site or emails. We reserve the right to change and / or cancel dating event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, venue and/or insufficient number of participants for the event. We hold the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. If we do need to cancel an event, you will be refunded your money in full or offered a transfer to another available PLP Business Consulting Ltd event up to the same value of the cancelled event.

 

Subject to the provisions of the Law for the processing of Personal Data (Protection of the Person) of 2001 as amended, PLP Business Consulting Ltd, along with certain permitted third parties including, without limitation, representatives of the television, radio, print and online media, may photograph and/or make audio/video recordings of any of the PLP Business Consulting Ltd events. By attending and participating in any PLP Business Consulting Ltd event, each participant agrees to permit the taking of any such photographs and to be recorded in both audio and video media.

Each participant at a PLP Business Consulting Ltd event also irrevocably authorizes PLP Business Consulting Ltd, its agents, representatives, successors and assigns to use in perpetuity, throughout the world, in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of photographs and audio/video recordings in which such participant appears, and any comments, statements or testimonials made by such participant, while attending a PLP Business Consulting Ltd event. Such photographs may be used by PLP Business Consulting Ltd, its agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns for any legal purpose including, without limitation, marketing and advertising of PLP Business Consulting Ltd events or products, or for editorial purposes.

No person shall be entitled to any compensation in connection with the use and exploitation of any photographs or audio/video recordings.

Each participant at a PLP Business Consulting Ltd event irrevocably releases PLP Business Consulting Ltd, its principals, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, suits, liabilities, or damages which such person may have in connection with his or her attendance and/or participation in any PLP Business Consulting Ltd event and the exploitation of photographs and/or audio/video recordings in any manner or format.

 

The applicable law to these Terms and Conditions is the Law of the Republic of Cyprus.
